Refund policy

As your pet portrait is 100% unique and custom-made for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds.

Please let us know if you’re unhappy with your pet portrait. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are always looking to improve PaintPaw.

If you received a damaged product or a wrong product, we will replace it without a question. Please contact our customer support in these cases, within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If you want to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Our artists start creating your pet portrait quickly after you’ve placed your order. If the artwork has already been created, there is a $19 cancellation fee per pet. For example cancelling an order with a 2-Pet Portrait and a single pet portrait, will carry a cancellation fee of $57 total. This fee is in place to cover some of the cost of creating the artwork. We can cancel your order without a fee if the artwork hasn’t been created yet.
