Yes. You’ll get a proof of the artwork to your email in 2-3 business days. You'll have 5 days to approve the artwork or request changes.
Please note if we don't hear from you the proof will be automatically approved and the portrait will be shipped. Please keep an eye on your email, including your spam folder so you won't miss the proof.
Of course. Just leave the name field empty or write “no name”.
Yes! We can do portraits with one, two or three pets in the same picture. You can shop for these portraits here.
Frame thickness is between 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8").

Our frames are made from pine and come in 3 colors: black, white, natural wood.
To keep your pet portrait looking its best, we use transparent plexiglass with a protective film to protect it from damage.
Our frames are 20-25mm / 0.79"-0.98" thick and 10-14mm / 0.4"-0.6" wide.
Shipping / Delivery
Creating the artwork take 2-3 business days. It can take longer if a new photo is needed, customer hasn’t approved the proof, or the customer has requested changes to the artwork.
Shipping usually takes 5-18 days.
Yes, we do. We deliver to more than 170 countries worldwide. We also have production in 20 countries to give you fast and affordable shipping.

We have partnered up with print shops in 20 countries. Your order will ship from the print shop closest to you. This way we can provide fast and affordable shipping with the smallest possible carbon footprint.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.95.
The shipping is calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped we’ll send the tracking number to your email.
Returns / Refunds
As your pet portrait is 100% unique and custom made for you, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
Remember, we offer a proof of your pet portrait and unlimited revisions so you can be sure you’ll happy with the pet portrait before it ships. Just remember to approve the proof or request changes within 5 days of receiving the proof.

We are dedicated to ensuring you love your pet portrait.
Once the artwork is ready, we’ll send a proof to your email. You have 5 days to either request changes or approve it for printing. If 5 days go by and we don’t hear from you, we’ll consider it approved and will go ahead and ship it to you.
We begin to work on each order promptly after they are placed so you can receive it as soon as possible. To cancel or to make changes to your order, you must email hello@paintpaw.com within 6 hours of your order being placed. After that we might not be able to cancel or make changes to your order.
Please note that cancelling an order that already has the artwork done, will have a $19 cancellation fee per pet. For example cancelling an order with a 2-Pet Portrait and a single pet portrait, will carry a cancellation fee of $57 total. This fee is in place to cover some of the cost of creating the artwork. We can cancel your order without a fee if the artwork hasn’t been created yet.
Order with multiple items may ship separately. Please check your email for multiple tracking links.
If you have ordered a pet portrait with a frame, please note that the print and the frame will be separate in the package.
