This page is kept as a static archive of the terms that applied while PaintPaw was an operating store. PaintPaw is no longer taking orders, so no purchases, accounts, or transactions currently take place on this site.

This website was operated by VTH Company Oy. Throughout the site, “PaintPaw”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to VTH Company Oy. By visiting the site and/or purchasing something from us, you engaged in our “Service” and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

We were not responsible if information on the site was not accurate, complete, or current. Material on the site was provided for general information only and should not have been relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

Prices for products were subject to change without notice, and we reserved the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

We made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but could not guarantee that any display would be accurate. We reserved the right to limit sales of products to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserved the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appeared to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agreed to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
