Artwork creation takes 2-4 business days. Once the artwork is ready, we’ll send a proof to your email. You have 5 days to either request changes or approve the proof. If 5 days go by and we don’t hear from you, the proof gets automatically approved and we'll ship the portrait to you. If you haven't received a proof within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

I honestly do not understand why the portrait does not IN the frame. Really you need to make that clear! Or put the portrait IN the frame - its very annoying. Also the colour is off from the proof. Its got more pink/purple tones. Very upset.

The actual portrait of my dog is great. It looks just like the picture, so they did a great job with it. A couple of things that I was a bit disappointed with....the colour on the picture was very muted, and the glass (plastic) in the picture frame arrived scratched and very cloudy, so it distorts the picture on the frame even more. I love the picture but the colour and frame could have been much better and unfortunately take away from the actual picture.

The print of our dog is just beautiful, we are really happy with how it turned out. I ordered a "framed" print, paying the extra for the frame for the convenience of not having to do it myself. I was disappointed when it arrived. A frame (fairly average quality) wrapped in plastic, with the print loose in the pack. I was expecting the print already framed for the extra money.
